Today
I have decided to ask you about how you are with eating as at the moment I am not so good!
OK, I got up today at around 16.00 as I had went to bed at 06.00 or so, and around the first time I had ate since I got up was 05.15, It is me or is this just so fucking bad?
Over the last few day I have been eating like a horse but today I left it over 12 hours before I decided to eat and it wasn’t as though I had to stand in the kitchen over the cooker, nope all I had to do was whack something in the microwave
So my question is why did I leave it so long to have something to eat? I would love to hear from you about how you get on with eating when you are in an OK mood, leave comments below.
