I have long believed that the mind is the most powerful thing on this world, I mean you can have two brothers exactly like each other except for they’re mind and outlook on life, one could be down on his luck and thde other could have a thriving business and for one thing, they’re outlook on life and those around them!

Call it a blog, a cry for help, whatever you like I don’t mind really. Please don’t call it something rude though as that would hurt my feelings. Thank you for taking a look. It is appreciated! I should be taking my Antidepression tablets but the thing is I take them for a while, I come off them, I go back on them, back off them.

can you buy supplements over there?
you need things like GABA, 5HTP,
just even some fish or cod oil
would help. things really that bad
