What Tablets Do You Take?

I have not taken my tablets (I know I should but I am on them, off them, on them, off them!) for a good few months, i would love to here how your medication affects you?
I have started to eat like a horse for some weird reason, My wife, Jennifer, thinks i am eating for her! I don’t know why but hey she is a women after & us men can’t read a woman mind to save our lives.

I really try to get into a routine

I try to get into a routine, I can go a few days (seven days at most) and then I go back to sleeping during the day and up all night! Why, the fuck can I not just stay in a routine, perhaps if I can get back on my tablets? I would love to here how you are with your routine, talking off which I need to clean up my act and I mean personal hygiene wise, I go about a week without a bath, sure this is yucky, but that is the way I feel most of time yuckie! Most of the time I really fucking hate myself but the strange thing is I don’t know why, Do you ever feel like this?

A person who suffers from Depression

I suffer from Depression, I spend most of my time in the house, on the computer as I am unable to get out to work because of my illness. I have been out of work for the last five years I think (that is down to memory problems).
I think I can put it all down to roughly when my Mum died in ‘97, My Mum’s death has hit me really really hard, I have tried working between ‘97 & now, I have worked as a security guard, Car Cleaner (Hand washing cars with sponges), Security at a different site, but most of the time I have been out of work like I say due to my illness.
I am starting this blog to document my up & down days, I might curse as that is how I am in real life.
